BMW is Partnering with Coinweb and BNB in Thailand

In a recent press release published by Bloomberg, Coinweb announced that they will be partnering with BMW to create a two-step program to create a blockchain rewards loyalty program for BMW owners in Thailand.

The ambitious plan will utilize Binance’s BNB blockchain to facilitate transactions due to its speed and reliability, beginning with a smart contract system that will help automate vehicle financing options. Secondly, a rewards program is being developed for BMW owners who can earn points that can be redeemed for goods and services through BMW.

Coinweb has been hired to lead the project with their experience in web3 dating back to 2017. They see the opportunity as a chance to prove to the world that blockchain technology has a place in traditional businesses and the corporate world, creating a unique way of onboarding more users to web3.
