Coinbase Cloud Launches Node on Chainlink Network

Coinbase Cloud, an offshoot of the Coinbase exchange, has recently deployed its own node on the Chainlink blockchain. Their status as a node operator will help push the boundaries of Chainlink, giving it more stability as it expands into a more extensive network.

As a node operator, Coinbase Cloud will be able to provide highly efficient validators to Chainlink which will help process incoming off-chain data for smart contracts. This allows for a more seamless transition between web2 and web3 that helps power blockchain projects such as Gamefi and DeFi; and, with further support from Coinbase Cloud, could help the Chainlink network provide information for newer use cases that evolve from current blockchain development.
