Envision blockchain, a web3 development studio, has announced the new v2.8 update to the Hedera Guardian. The update provides benefits to assets that can now be retired or matched, and gives increased access to development teams by allowing 3rd-party access, multi-benefit projects, and enhanced UI testing.

Hedera is an alternative blockchain network to Ethereum and bitcoin that uses a unique consensus mechanism called Hashgraph which puts an emphasis on efficiency and security. Hedera’s governance token $HBAR sits within the top 40 cryptocurrencies and has a price of approximately $.03 per token and a market cap just shy of $1 billion.
