Solana Begins New NFT Showdown Competition

The Solana Foundation is exploring new NFT concepts with its upcoming NFT Showdown Competition. The event will provide developers and communities with an opportunity to pitch their NFT collection to judges from industry experts. The objective is to develop business models using NFTs that are user-focused.

Winners of the competition will receive exclusive mentorship and advice from web3 professionals that can help them guide their projects toward success. Winners will also be invited to various web3 workshops and Solana’s Breakpoint.

To join, participants must design a business pitch for an NFT project that “includes the target community, problems to be solved, product vision, business model, and community engagement plans.” Entries for the NFT Showdown are due by early June.
