USDT Integrates Strike After Rapid Success

Tether announced they have integrated the Strike payment app into their stablecoin service. Strike, a digital payment platform built on the Bitcoin lightning network, is intended to help disperse liquidity between the Bitcoin network, USDT, and fiat. With a global reach of 65 countries, Strike’s new partnership with Tether is expected to significantly impact the exchange of cryptocurrencies, especially when used for remittance.

Despite constant controversy and criticism, USDT is still the number one stablecoin by a wide margin with a market cap of $80 billion which is nearly three times the size of their closest competitor USDC; and with Strike’s collaboration, activity is expected to be on the rise.
