SWIPEBY Gives Small Business Competitive Advantage With AI

WINSTON-SALEM, NC – A Tuesday press release from the AI-focused eCommerce solutions provider SWIPEBY announced the launch of its newest feature AI.SWIPEBY. The new feature gives small businesses an advantage over big-box competitors in their local community. According to the announcement, the feature is a “holistic direct ordering that will use the power of AI to improve customer interaction, upselling purchases [...] and improving marketing within.” 

The new feature has four core functions: 

  1. SWIPEBY Edda is a customer-facing concierge that provides intelligent product suggestions to customers to boost cross-selling.

  2. SWIPEBY AI Review Consultant manages replies to customer reviews and collects data from reviews to suggest sales and promotions.

  3. SWIPEBY Deep Reviews Insights generates a monthly digest report consolidating “vast amounts of public data [...] that would typically require an expensive consulting firm.”

  4. SWIPEBY AI Remarketing upgrades the platform’s current remarketing engine to send customer-specific, personalized follow-up emails – not a “cookie-cutter approach to a mass email that uses templates, merge tags, etc.”

In the announcement, CEO Carl Turner is quoted as saying AI.SWIPEBY “[gives] independent businesses all the advantages of a megacorporation has and may even wish for. Furthermore, the company said its new AI tool is already very popular with its current users, with an influx of demand requiring a waitlist to be set up.
