FTX Execs Received Over $3B from Alameda Research

WILMINGTON, DE – A Thursday press release stated that former top FTX executives received $3.2 billion from transfers from the exchange’s sister company, Alameda Research.

A Schedule of Assets and Liabilities and Statements of Financial Affairs in a Delaware bankruptcy by the “FTX Debtors” – the group seeking Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection. The filing broke down the payouts received by top executives.

  1. ~$2.2 billion to Sam Bankman-Fried

  2. ~$587 million to Nishad Singh

  3. ~$246 million to Zixiao "Gary" Wang

  4. ~$87 million to Ryan Salame

  5. ~$25 million to John Samuel Trabucco

  6. ~$6 million to Caroline Ellison

BCCN3 previously reported that FTX co-founder Gary Wang had programmed a “back door” into the exchange’s code script, giving the company an artificial credit line of $65 billion.
