Optimism Adds Chainlink Automation to Network

Chainlink announced that they have partnered with Optimism to bring their Automation services to the network. The collaboration will help developers create more advanced Dapps on the Optimism blockchain as more DevOps maintenance tasks become automated. This is expected to enhance Optimism by giving developers additional tools for innovation.

Chainlink Automation is also expected to make the Optimism network more secure for developers and users. Smit Vachhani, Head of DeFi Partnerships at OP Labs, said “The launch of Chainlink Automation will help Optimism developers trigger DevOps tasks, provide stronger security guarantees, and more easily scale their dApps.”
